We use highly secured connections online to receive any cardholder information. All information is industrial strength encrypted and sent to our servers. The Order Form pages for Nehaflix.com are served through a secure https connection using 128-bit SSL v2/v3 encryption.

Payment Methods

All prices are in US Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express

and Discover Cards online. Also, we accept Checks and Money Orders drawn in US Dollars..

Checks are held for 7 days for clearance from the bank and items will be shipped after the check is cleared.

We accept online orders from USA,, Canada, Europe (some countries), Japan, and Asia (some countries) currently. We will be adding rest of the countries shortly. If you would like to place an order to be delivered to a country not mentioned above, you will have to pay either by Bank Wire Transfer or International Money Order. Please contact customer service for details. 

Return check fee of $25.00 will be charged for any check that is refused by the bank.

Order Processing

All in stock items are usually processed in 2 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. Out of stock items will be back ordered and shipped upon arrival via regular mail only. Some items may be shipped separately. Credit card will be charged for Preorder and Backorder item(s) on the day order is received.

Order Tracking

Not all packages are issued a tracking number as some are sent by United States Postal Service. USPS only scans most packages only at delivery and hence they are not trackable during transit. 

Shipping Costs:

The USA Shipping Delivery times only apply to 48 contigous states. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Alaska, US Virgin Islands will be much longer.

*Delivery times do not include processing times. Overnight delivery available to most locations, other locations are delivered second day.

*We reserve the right to send via alternate couriers for more reliable and faster service.

International Shipping:

Asian Countries we accept order from: Bahrain, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Jordan, Kiribati, Kuwait, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tabago and United Arab Emirates.

Customs Fees for countries outside USA: Customers are responsible for custom duty levies or any other associated fees. Please check with your local authorities on any fees before placing an order. No refunds will be made if you refuse the shipment for any reason.

Total Delivery Times

Returns and Refund Policy

There are no returns or refunds on any items. All sales are final. We do not accept returns because you feel the picture quality is not acceptable to you. DVDs have varying picture quality due to the quality of the original print and how the transfer is made. 

Defective items that do not work or are damaged in transit will be replaced by new items. Any defective items should be reported via email at orders@nehaflix.com within 15 days of arrival and a return authorization number will be issued. No returns  will be accepted without a prior authorization.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and Nehaflix.com will pay for reshipping the item back to you. This is a standard policy in all mail order businesses anywhere and similar to the concept if you would bought something at a local store, you would be responsible for taking it back to the store to get a replacement if it were found defective.

Taxes:

There is no sales tax charged, as we are based in Sales Tax Free state of Delaware, United States..

Products

All our products are brand new, original and sealed. We do not sell used or former rental products. Nehaflix.com buys most products directly from manufacturers and is an advocate to stop piracy.

Regional Coding:

All DVDs are regionally coded. Most of the DVDs we sell are coded Region 0, which means they will play in any region DVD player. There are some that are only Region 1 coded also. Region 1 is North America and includes Canada, USA and Mexico only. If you are in one of these countries or  have a region free player it will play all our DVDs. Some examples of DVDs that will not play except for Region 1, are Lagaan, Asoka, Mission Kashmir, Monsoon Wedding and most Hollywood releases. DVDs are neither NTSC or PAL encoded, though it might say on it sometimes. The DVD player converts the digital information from the DVD to the NTSC or PAL format TV signal.

Audio CDs are not regionally coded. They will play in any region worldwide.

Subtitles:

Though a large number for DVDs we sell have English or other language subtitles, though not all DVDs do have subtitles. Please check the item description before ordering.
